Noah Yang

Hello! My name is Noah (he/him). Growing up I always had a passion for sports, mainly volleyball, ultimate frisbee, and snowboarding. In 2013, I suffered a concussion that resulted in post-concussion syndrome (PCS), which I still live with today. Throughout my years of rehabilitation with physiotherapists, neuropsychologists, kinesiologists, physicians, and more, I gained a deep level of insight on what it is like to go through recovery. This experience carried me through my Kinesiology degree at UBC and has enabled me to be an empathetic Kinesiologist who takes a holistic approach to treatment.

I have worked with people of all ages, ranging from children to folks in late adulthood, and prioritize creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable and confident.

During my time with BC Ambulance Services, I realized the great need for guiding folks to living an active lifestyle, which is what led me here today. I will give you the tools, the education, and the guidance to empower you to take charge of improving your health and wellness and reach your goals.

Outside of work, you can find me gripping my chalky hands on a boulder (yes, I love rock climbing!), lifting heavy objects and putting them back down in the gym, or reading in a cozy cafe.
