With over 11 years of clinical experience spanning from athletic training to chronic pain management, Dasha brings a unique mind-body perspective to each session.

Dasha has used breathwork in several settings, an approach evolved from working with complex chronic pain cases that weren't responding to traditional methods. Her breathwork techniques allows clients to incorporate multiple body systems in their healing.

Individual Sessions (60 minutes)
