She worked as a Kinesiologist with a Physiotherapy Clinic in Maple Ridge while at UFV. During this time she gained valuable experience working with ICBC clients; doing active rehab; conducting functional assessments, writing recommendation reports. She also supported performance athletes with sport specific training and injury management in 1-to-1 sessions.
Rachelle is a professional with unending and contagious enthusiasm. She is a lifelong learner: she loves learning new approaches and skills to deepen her knowledge around how to help clients along their road to recovery. She is proficient in a variety of assessments and treatments including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Trigger Point Release Therapy, fitness training and specific exercise therapy for treating a variety of conditions and populations. Instead of instructing clients, she partners with them; a style that motivates her clients to take their health to the next level.

Her clients appreciate her genuine and comfortable personality. Clients say Rachelle’s attitude makes her relatable and easy to work with - whether she’s educating on correct posture or pushing them for that one final rep.
