Cassandra, one of Symmetrix's wonderful kinesiologists will take you through a beginner level copy along exercise session to help strengthen the core, glutes and back to relieve back pain. Starting with a warm up and proceeding to 3 back exercises. These exercises are excellent for anyone with back pain, weak core, and weak glutes. Cassandra will share proper form, timing and intensity to make sure you're doing the right exercise in the right way for your back.
