All our trainers at Symmetrix are kinesiologists with a 4 year degree and professional certification providing the highest quality rehab and personal training available.
We do guided video sessions. Whether you want to save time on your commute, or you prefer to completely eliminate your risk for COVID-19, video sessions are always an option for your sessions.
