Selina spent most of her time growing up playing soccer and field hockey at a competitive level. She also started to train at the gym routinely before two motor vehicle accidents caused a stand-still in her very active life.
After her accident Selina had to put a hold on team sports and personal fitness. In doing so she realized how important active rehabilitation and exercise is for the mind and body during recovery, in addition to everyday life. Now she’s devoted to helping her clients overcome their injuries.
Selina graduated from UBC Okanagan with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and a minor in Psychology. She is passionate about helping people reduce chronic pain, build healthy habits, and improve their mobility and strength.
When she’s not focused on work or learning, Selina works on her own well-being, often at the gym or spending time outdoors. She enjoys hiking, backpacking, baking or watching sports. You might find her out exploring the area, as she’s still new to town!
