Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I found passion in being active and utilizing strength training to help with my health & performance growing up playing including soccer, nordic skiing, and hockey. I worked with the UBC Men's Football Team during my Bachelor's degree on Strength & Conditioning Program at the varsity gym. I have lots of experience as a personal trainer and strength coach working with individuals in a 1-1 and group setting. I believe movement is the key to unlocking a healthy lifestyle and improving pain.
I have been competing in the sport of powerlifting for the past 4 years. In my spare time, you will most likely find myself at the gym training. I also enjoy many outdoor activities including hiking and paddlesports.
