Kinesiologist
Since a very young age Lydia-Rose has been passionate about fitness. She performed as a competitive ballet and contemporary dancer up until the age of 18. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, certificate in Active Health and Rehabilitation, a BCAK member, a BCRPA certification in personal training and certifications in Functional Movement Screening, Animal Flow design. She cut her teeth on varsity sports teams at the university, and her love for health and fitness only grew from there.
Lydia-Rose decided to become a kinesiologist full time to help and educate others on the benefits of nutrition, fitness and active rehab. Along with kinesiology her true passion is functional movement and teaching others how to use the greatest tool they have, their own bodies.
While Lydia-Rose is always aiming to improve herself physically in the gym, yoga, or at spin class, she also enjoys many outdoor activities that this beautiful city has to offer such as hiking, paddle boarding and cycling.
